For many years, the myth has circulated that dogs see only in black and white. Scientists, however, have determined that dogs do see colors to a certain extent. While your dog might not enjoy the same rainbow of colors that humans see, they do have us beat when it's dark outside as dogs definitely have better vision at night.

We also know that dogs have more advanced hearing sense compared to that of humans. Dogs can hear sounds in frequencies that the human ear may not be able to hear.
