Whenever the big wheel on the show was given a spin little Mark would rotate his tail with glee. When the large wheel relaxed so would his tail. He had done this deed for so many years now and it was always expected.
During the next few years Mark had grown old and tired and it looked as though his days were numbered. The woman knew that it would be only a matter of time before she had to say goodbye to her wonderful cat. Every doctor had told her that same information over and over again. Mark died very peacefully in his sleep and things were never the same.
It was very fortunate that a friend of hers had just purchased a feline who was expecting kittens. Several months later when one of the kittens was old enough he was then given to this spinster. She gladly accepted this precious small creature who could make a great difference in her life. At night the woman would not watch the "Wheel Of Fortune" anymore and decided to watch a comedy show instead. Once the new show had started she went to the kitchen to get herself and Ralph a snack. The wheel on the show was spinning and so was Ralph's tail.
