Once he has already set up all of his materials for the venture, then he should already create a budget. Since he will be buying the paint and all of the materials, he will need to set aside some money for investing. From that budget, he will be able to create the price range.

One thing to always remember when dealing with clients is to be professional. When creating a proposal for the client, one must include his plan and even a drawing of what the mural will look like when it is finished. In this stage, the client will be able to make adjustments if necessary.
